Annually, Resource for Development (RfD) in collaboration with the Association of African Universities (AAU) and PSB Academy Singapore offers to busy executives training that addresses gaps and emerging concerns of the Executive. Our training themes are thoughtfully determined by a systematic sampling approach and based on this, the 2025 training will be addressing the needs of executives in Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Management and IT Audit in an Era of Artificial Intelligence.
This training will come off from 19th – 30th September 2025 in Singapore.
In 2024, executives were immersed in unpacking Artificial Intelligence and its integrations and requirements in Higher Education institutions. The training was a multifaceted event delivered by some of the best subject matter experts through facilitated presentations, peer to peer dialogues, relevant industry visits and social immersion with cuisine and cultures.
In 2025, the partners will be building on the success of the 2024 executive training on AI and Higher Education where delegates shared strong reviews about the rich content, practicality of the methodology offered and the overall range of services availed to them.
Our objective for 2025 is to address the challenges executives are confronted with in IT infrastructure management and IT Audit in an era of AI. This topic has been highly requested because increasingly competitiveness of any institution is determined by its IT capabilities. RfD, AAU and PSB are mindful of the reality that although executives, directors in public service or governing boards members may not necessarily be experts in IT they cannot escape the responsibility of being held accountable for the strategic and financial outcomes of IT decisions.
The 2025 Executive Training in (IT) infrastructure management and audit will cover a broad range of topics that will equip participants with the confidence and capacity to take strategic IT decisions, lead senior IT teams to thrive, and sustain digital innovations.
RfD in collaboration with AAU and PSB will once again put at the disposal of participants, top subject matter experts, who will dive into the intricacies of leading senior tech teams, audits, and IT infrastructure in the context of a fast-evolving AI.
Topics that are central to digital transformation in the operations and survival of institutions, delivering public goods, meeting the needs of diversified markets and upscaling AI solutions will be interrogated in a practical approach aligned to the needs of the busy executives.
In 2025, our goal is to present best practices for accelerating sustainable digital transformation. We will evaluate scenarios for assessing optimal combinations of human capabilities and advanced technologies to create synergistic solutions.
Overall, we seek to enhance leadership thinking, actions, and decisions on technology, and to equip executives, directors and boards with tools, strategies, and Knowledge on threats to avoid pitfalls in making decisions on IT infrastructure management and IT Audit in an era of AI.
