    Dr. Frederick Boamah

    EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

    He brings to the team a wealth of competencies and capabilities. He is equipped to support the growth and vision of RfD. As the owner of multiple successful businesses and a proven track record in supporting similar institutions, he has a reputation for delivering quality services and strong performance.

    He has extensive experience as an astute academic, entrepreneur and seasoned lawyer. In addition, he brings to the team legal knowledge, analytical thinking, communication skills, and ethical values. He takes a keen interest in ensuring that RfD complies with legal and regulatory requirements and operate in a manner that is ethical and sustainable.

    Dr. Boamah’s ultimate vision for RfD is to enhance the brand’s performance record and expand its operations throughout Africa and beyond. He is committed to ensuring that RfD continues to grow, deliver, and scale up its services.

    Mr. Godwin Attoh

    MEMBER, Partnerships

    With over two decades of experience providing advisory services and overseeing government operations, Mr. Godwin Attoh is a lawyer and Chair of the Partnership Subcommittee of the Board. He is instrumental in supporting RfD establish strong and effective relationships with global and national partners.

    He provides the requisite guidance to the RfD team by ensuring that RfD ventures into partnerships that are mutually beneficial and align with its values and principles.

    Ms. Beatrice Oduro Mensah

    MEMBER, Financial & Audit

    Ms. Beatrice Oduro Mensah’s eye for financial forensics makes her competent to advise the Board on a vast range of issues including risk management, compliance and governance effectiveness.

    Ms. Sheila Naah Boamah

    MEMBER, Strategy

    She brings a wealth of cross-functional experience gained from her tenure in the private sector, public sector, and the United Nations. As a passionate and results-driven strategist, she currently serves as an advisor at RfD where she leverages on her expertise to facilitate strategic and operational connections to enable RfD achieve its growth objectives.

    Sheila’s acumen extends to advising on the creation of compelling, creative, and cost-effective bids and pitches while continuously seeking out innovative and effective approaches to position RfD as the trusted partner in the industry.

    Her ability to comprehend challenges and opportunities within the industry provides a valuable asset to the Board.

    Having served as CEO and on numerous Boards, Sheila’s experience and judgement enable her to provide the Board with invaluable advice and guidance to make sound decisions based on thorough analysis.

    Ms. Dora Darkwa Mensah

    MEMBER, Public Sector and Human Resource

    Ms. Dora Darkwa Mensah is an accomplished Human Resources Manager with a strong track record of success in several public sector institutions. She brings to the role several years of experience that demonstrate excellent understanding of HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee performance, compensation, payroll administration, building strong employee relations, talent management, and recruiting top-tier talent for organizations.

    She is well-versed in the latest HR trends and best practices, and she continually leverages this knowledge to drive positive outcomes for RfD clients.

    Mr. Philip Kudamenu

    Board Secretary

    He is a rounded professional with a diverse skill set and a strong sense of commitment to achieving results. He is deeply passionate about the mission of RfD and shows genuine care for stakeholders and clients of RfD.

    In all of his responsibilities, he consistently embodies the core values of RfD and demonstrates enthusiasm for driving positive change. His exceptional communication skills, strategic planning ability, and critical thinking nature are valuable assets to the Board.

    He brings a fresh and youthful energy to the team, which contributes to diversity of perspectives and generationally balanced discussions. Additionally, he is a good listener and a patient team member, enabling him to work collaboratively and effectively with the Board.

    His competencies in research, time management, and innovative skills bring added efficiency and effectiveness to both RfD and Board business. He is dedicated to staying up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices, which enables him to provide valuable insights and recommendations on critical issues. Overall, Philip is a high-performing and dedicated professional who brings significant value to RfD.

    Miss Abigail Bavi Bayenla

    Communications and Market Intelligence Analyst
    She brings to the position her passion and commitment to excellence. She is not just passionate about work but also a passionate learner who takes the time to understand her stakeholders to enable her address their unique requirements as individuals and as a collective.
    She joined the team with a lot of energy and drive to innovate for excellence.
    She comes to the role with strong capacity in research, communication, critical thinking and adaptability.
    In addition, her scope of responsibilities at RfD to support the team execute various projects includes;

    • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data relevant to the communication and market needs of RfD.
    • Identifying market opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
    • Recommending innovative solutions informed by data
    • Recommending strategies to challenges in communication and marketing
    • Supporting the team make informed decisions and develop effective communication and marketing strategies; and
    • Monitoring and reporting on performance of selected activities of RfD
