Rfd Future Skills Learning Centres (Rfd-FSLC)

We know that digital and AI technologies are transforming the world of work and hence labour needs to learn new skills and also learn to continually adapt as new occupations emerge.

We also know that the COVID-19 crisis has accelerated the transformation of work. With a radically changing world, it is estimated that around 2 billion jobs will disappear. The shifting demands of the job market is gradually replacing manual, physical, and basic cognitive skills with demand for technological, social, emotional, and higher cognitive skills.

Globally, efforts are ongoing to prepare citizens for the needs of change and Africa must accelerate its actions if its youthful population will contribute in demographic dividend. The RfD Future Skills Learning Centres is sharing in the solutions by offering competitive ways to equip the youth with relevant technical skills designed to add value beyond what can be done by automated systems and intelligent machines.

In addition, the RfD Future Skills Learning Centres offers to the working class functional skills that empowers them to be confident and efficient in a digital environment and enables them to continuously adapt to new ways of working or new roles.

Work with RfD for the SMART solutions to re-train, re-skill or upgrade a cohort. Let’s support your dream to develop competitive, competent and confident labour force ready for the evolving job market.

THE PAIN IN ORGANIC GROWTH

Growing a firm organically can indeed be a slow and challenging process. However, at RfD, our team has embraced this journey and used this phase to hone relevant skills and competencies. Over the years we have reformed methodologies, altered strategies, addressed unsuccessful projects, and extracted valuable lessons as we grew.
We have celebrated the successful implementation of numerous projects. Our expertise was recognized when we were selected by GIZ to craft a comprehensive Multiyear Multimedia Communication Strategy for the Ghana Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (GHEITI). Our approach was thorough, involving engagement with both State and Non-State players operating within the extractives sector in Ghana. We delved deep into the subject matter, consulting several volumes of relevant research. Ultimately our goal was to deliver the assignment to the highest professional standard that met the needs of the client and partners.
The dedication, attention to detail and commitment from the RfD team allowed us achieve excellence in this project.
